Private Enterprise - A Comparative Study Of Eastern And Midwestern

Since China's opening up and reform, all kinds of non-public enterprises have played an important role in the economic development of China .In the report delivered at the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Jiang Zemin pointed out that the non-public sector of self-employed, private and other forms of ownership is an important component part of the socialist market economy.At present, non-public enterprises of China have entered the second start-up period, and some problems have arisen. How to solve the non-public enterprises'problems of this period? What's the differences between different regions in solving these problems? The author tries to study these problems and give some measures and advice.At the begining of their develpoment, non-public enterprises are charactered by family centerd property system. With the enterprises growing, the family enterprises' shortcomings strech up. So the property system of the non-public enterprises should be multified. But different regions should choose different ways.It is the trend of the non-public enterprises' development. Therefore,the managment should be improved in order to adopt to the enterprises' development.In this paper, the author studied some factors in management and give some advices.How to get enough money has always been the bottle-neck for the non-public enterprises to develop. So the finance supportment should be strenthed,the path for the non-public enterprises to get money should be broadened.The east region has take some mesures while the ceteral and west region need to speed up.Nowadays,there are many limits with the non-public enterprises' investment.In fact,the non-public enterprises should be permit to go into more fields,and they have the capability.The cluster of the non-public enterprises has many benefits.In the east region many cluster areas has formed.The trend is to form new cluster area in the central and west region.
