The Freeway's fast development has extremely advanced the whole social economy of our country . As to the Freeway , an acceptable toll standard is not only related to the effective operation and management of the built Freeway , to the effective solution of the Freeway's congestion safety and pollution , but also related to the reasonable serve of the social resources , to the sustainable development of the future Freeway's construction .
