Chinese Unemployed Condition And Its Countermeasure Choice

Unemployment is the great world-wide social economic problem, International Labor Organization in research paper named 《1996-1997 world employment problem》 points out: Population of unemployment and half-unemployment nears to 10 billion which equals to 30% world labor forces. Therefore, all states in the world regard unemployed problem as the important strategic problem of social economic development. In our country, with the development of the social market economy and depth of reform, the unemployment rate is rising year by year. So far, our country totally contain town unemployed number about 14 million and will still increase about 10 million annually after China enters into WTO; On the other hand, the village surplus labor force amounts highly to 1.5 billion, if considering the disguised hidden unemployment and inadequate unemployment inside, then these arithmetic figures turn over one more times at least.Worker is the most important factor in productivity, labor force lied idle or used not enough is not only large waste to productivity, but also may lead to great political issue and social problem.
