Analysis Of Chinese Unemployment State And Some Proposals For Employment Policy

In recent years, the rate of unployment in china is rising rapidly. In view of this, the first part of this paper is set up to make some analyses of unemployment state in china, including employment characteristics and employment contradictions. Also, different unemployment definitions in different countries and some western unployment theories' introduction are involved in this part.The second part is mainly about some proposals for employment policy, including moves to improve labour market system and different employment policies in different field. Lastly, some proposals are put forward when aims at the foreign trade.
