The Research On The Internationalization Grows Cause And Modes Of Zhejiang's High-tech Enterprises Of Private Management

In the background of economic globality and China's entry into WTO, the internationalization of firms has been highly attended. The internationalization of Zhejiang's High-tech Enterprises of Private Management not only is the main trends of the international competition, but also the inter demand of development.The West Theories of International Investment have done lots of researches on the internationalization of firms, and those theories are perfectly. But the objects of those theories research on are all MNC (MultiNational Corporation), not for Zhejiang's High-tech Enterprises of Private Management, because their scales are small and sets up are late, those theories aren't suitable. So , on the basis of lots of investigations, this article probes into the cause of the internationalization of Zhejiang's High-tech Enterprises of Private Management. This article sets up a new theoretic fame to analyze the cause of firms' internationalization based on International Investment Theory, Strategic Theory, Knowledge-based Theory and Core Competence Theory. Driven by the cause, the internationalization of firms need follow some mode. In virtue of the analysis measures of bionomics, this article points out that the symbiosis, socials and solitary modes have been followed in the course of international grow up of Zhejiang's High-tech Enterprises of Private Management.The paper is divided into five sections:Chapter one is introduction. In this section, the article gives a brief introduction about the status of Zhejiang's High-tech Enterprises of Private Management. This section also gives explanations to the concepts of High-tech Enterprises of Private Management and internationalization for the purpose of research. Also, the theoretic and practical significance of the study of firm's internationalization is discussed.Chapter two is the theoretic reviews and the introduction to the international grows up of Zhejiang's High-tech Enterprises of Private Management. In this section, this article reviews the classic theories of the cause about firms' internationalization. At the same time, this section analyzes the characteristic and process of the internationalization of Zhejiang's High-tech Enterprises of Private Management, thereby, the theoretic springboard of the research has been established.Chapter three are the analysis of the degree of internationalization of Zhejiang's High-tech Enterprises of Private Management and the establishment of a new cause theoretic fame, this section is the emphases and innovation of the article. In this section, the level of international cause of Zhejiang's High-tech Enterprises of Private Management is firstly analyzed.
