Value of corporation culture is the subject of this paper. There is some relationship between corporation culture and the object or need of the corporation, such as according to it or adjusting to ito That is the value of corporation culture. This relationship isn't the nature of corporation culture. We study the value of corporation culture That is to study this relationship.The paper consists of the foreword and four sections. The foreword explains why to choose the theme, and show the main contents of the theme. In the first section, corporation culture, value and value of corporation culture are studied, all of which lay road for deeping the next. The second section is the key and main part of this paper. It has three segments and introduces the value of corporation culture on economy, politics and culture. All these form a system. The third and last section discuss the condition and method to turn the value of corporation culture into realities and try to give some suggestions on how to improve and advance corporation culture.
