The 21-century is not only knowledge economy time, but also culture competition time. As the important part of the core competition capacity of corporation, corporation culture have special status and action in the corporation's development that people can't ignore it .If a corporation want to become the winner in the marketing competition, the corporation must have its special corporation culture. It is impossible that one corporation culture never change to adapt to new situation. With the time goes by, the corporation culture must refresh and innovation day by day. As one of developing country, China is not as advanced as the developed country in the area of corporation culture. So, how to improve the level of corporation culture to adapt to the new situation in our country, has become the focus of management theory research and many practitioners care.This paper has seriously studied how to innovate the corporation culture in the new time. First all, the paper introduces the principles of corporation culture and the innovation of the corporation culture for the further discussion. Secondly, on the one way the paper evaluates the reasonableness of corporation culture's construction by assessment through the mathematics model that the author sets up for measurement so that we can find out some drawbacks in the corporation culture's construction, and then reconstruct and refresh from four different areas including spirit culture, rule culture, behavior culture, physical culture to improve the competitive capacity of corporation culture. On the other way, the paper differently compares the corporation culture in China with it in Japan and in USA, and provides some mutual supplementary and helpful suggestions, which maybe orient the development of corporation culture in China. In the end, the paper analyses the situation of corporation culture in China and existed problems in it and directs the ways of corporation culture's innovations.On the basis of theory research of the corporation culture, this papersystematically studies the relationship between corporation culture and performance management; and sets up the mathematics model to measure and assess the corporation culture by the fuzzy mathematics method, so that we can easily quantify some factors to deeply study the corporation culture. This paper provides a new method to research the reconstruction of corporation culture, and find out a new way to study the corporation culture.
