Thesis On The Position And Function Of New & High-tech Industrial Development Zone In The Course Of Development Of Chinese Socialist Market Economy

Deng Xiaoping Theory and Three Representatives Thought act as Chinese contemporary Marxism. Socialist market economy-part of the theory not only contributes greatly to scientific socialism theory, but also has significantly directional function on Chinese reform & opening up policy and socialist modernization construction and practices. New and High-tech Industrial Development Zone (hereinafter briefed as New and high-tech Zone) has a leading role in building and completing socialist market economy, social advanced productivity and etc, which results in promoting Chinese rapid economic development and social overall progress effectively.The thesis deeply exposes special position and function of new & high-tech zone in building and completing process of socialist market economy through analysis of development situation and tendency of world, China and Henan new and high-tech Zone. By summarizing achievements of Puyang New & high-tech Industrial Development Zone since it was set up over 10 years ago, the thesis explains and illustrates outstanding contribution of new & high-tech zone in China's reform, opening up and socialist modernization process from five aspects, i.e. new and high-tech zone has become important base for the development of China's high-tech industry, experimental area for system renovation and science & technology innovation, roll booster for industrial restructuring, vital carrier for science & technology results transformation, and new & high-tech enterprises incubation and cradle for new & high-tech industrial talents training.On the basis of above mentioned, in the light of spirit of About The Decision of Perfecting Several Questions of Socialist Market Economy System on the 16th Third Plenary Session and in the point of view of sustainable development, the thesis brings forward countermeasures and suggestions for further speeding up the development of new & high-tech zone from four aspects consist of boosting management mechanism reform, implementing second phase of development, strengthening innovation capability and how to quicken Henan new and high-tech zone development against the questions of government authority, investment surroundings and industrial development in the course of development of new and high-tech Zone.The thesis aims at revealing some viewpoints through studies of special position and function of new & high-tech zone from both theoretical and practical aspects for how to bring function of high-tech zone into play, exploring new-style industrialization ways, constructing overall well-off society, promoting China's reform & opening up and modernization, and building socialism with Chinese characteristics.Five parts of the thesis is as follows:Part 1.
