The Study Of Industry Protection Mechanism In China Under The New Situation

At present, China economy is in a three-dimensional space of globalization, informationization and market-based, faces with a new "Industrial Revolution" that information technology promotes. In addition, China has already become a member state of WTO. China, while enjoying member's right of WTO, will fulfill the obligations of WTO and the protocol that China had promised when entered the WTO strictly. As an undeveloped and weak-competitive developing country, many industries of China undoubtedly are unable to compete with developed countries'. Under the new situation of trading and investment integrated, many domains in China will receive the unprecedented impact. How to take the effective industry protective measure to promote the development of industry's competitiveness of our country, according to the basic rules and clauses of WTO and frame of market mechanism, is becoming an urgent problem at present. This paper regards the protecting mechanism in the industry of our country as the research object, starts with analyzing the various theory of industries protect, refers to some countries' practical experience of industry protect, proposes some concrete measure and method of industry protect. And lastly, it takes the car industry in China as an example and carry on the real example analysis of the industry protect mechanism. This paper is made up of four parts and the main content is as follows:The first part explains some theories of industries protection, refers to some countries' practical experience of industries protection, get some enlightenment to the industry protection of our country finally;The second part mainly analyzes the new situation of international economic trade, and the opportunity and challenge that China faced under such new situation, and the transition that industry protection policy should be made;The third part puts forward some concrete measures and methods of the industry protection under the new situation, analyzes the choice standard of protected industry, put forward to the policies and ways of how to set up industry protection mechanism and regulate the government behavior that can be implemented in protecting. The fourth part take automobile industry in China as an example and carry on the real example analysis of the industry protection mechanism, analyzes how to set up a protection mechanism for automobile industry in a short time and a long time in our country.
