In wholesales and retails, one word has been talked about many times- sellers on Commission, also there are other titles which to be used by people: middleman, broker or agent. Whatever the word is, it provides us with similar a meaning, for their role in the marketplace. The thesis aim to clarify the title in its real sense in the real world rather than give it an academic explanation. Sellers on Commission play an important role in the marketing channel and influence the marketing strategies of companies and they improve the process.As one of important links in channel of marketing, sellers on Commission have been given more and more value by the firms. With the firms being careful of channel, the focus of channel's sinking takes on a tendency. Seller on commission has been controled by the firms in the traditional system of seller on commission. And more seriously, as the system of organization is poor, the whole organization appealed a null and void condition.No ruin, No set up. The innovation of the sellers on commission becomes more and more imperative, and the innovation is also an essential, complete innovation of the system.Based on the extensive collection of reference and information on innovation of sellers on commission, this article, from saling policy, that how to gain resources and model of management respectively, introduces new thinkings of innovation and put forward the final direction. In the end, the sellers on commission form a new marketing system that suit themselves.
