The Study On The Property-Right System Reform Of The Rural Credit Cooperatives In China

The rural credit cooperatives(RCC) acts as an important role in supporting the development of rural economy, but the problem of distorted property right become the main constraint of the RCC's further development. The property right of the RCC can no longer go with the rural economy and financial development nowadays. According to theory on property right, the paper deeply analyzes the features and problems of the property system of RCC and point out that the property reform is the most essential issue in the reform of rural financial system. Based on the successful experience of the credit finance in west and the real situation in China, this paper suggests the schema about the property right reformation of the RCC, and farther discusses the warranty and possibility of this schema. The paper also make it clear that the property reformation must be suitable to the different economy level, so the new property system can be established and finally set up an efficient property right and governance structure.
