This paper has studied the environment and competitive condition in current Chinese Notebook PC market,have discussed the step and method of analyzing,designing and evaluating the distribution channel, have carried out careful investigation for the distribution channel of its Notebook PC with the specific present situation of S company. On the foundation of finding out gap and analyzing reason,we have reformed, designed and established new distribution channel,and have gotten better effect.First,we have studied the current environment and present channel situation of domestic Notebook PC market,have compared domestic trademark with Chinese Taiwan trademark and world,famous trademark,have analyzed the varies selections of each major trademark,have deeply analyzed and investigated the important incidents since 2003,have foreseen the possible influence for field circle.Second,we have differentiated the concept of marketing and distribution,have introduced the major function,structure and pattern of distribution channel,have discussed the theory and method on the goal,influencing factor,step,selection, evaluating and correcting of channel design,have foreseen the developing tendency of the distribution channel of Chinese Notebook PC market in future 5 years.Finally,according to the actual condition of S company,on analyzing the foundation of macro-environment and micro-environment,we have designed its channel innovation pattern.
