Based on production planning method of Jinzhou Petro-Chemincal Company,this thesis combines the method of input-output analysis with linear programming organically according to the basic characteristics of Jinzhou Petro-Chemical Company and provides a new method for production planning in this company。Appling for liner program method to build mathematical model to solve problem of the productive process, such as, mixing refining crude oil and product optimization. On the side of processing raw material, to analyze the international and domestic crude oil market, decide on the best processing scheme and do its best to allocate the crude oil resources. On the other sides,to analyze deeply petrochemical products market from geographical environment, industry competition and marketing management. On the basis of meeting the requirements of production process,this method has closely banded together market requirements and stock control of products with production planning,which can improve the working efficiency,guarantee the practicality and adaptability of production planning and progressively improve the economic efficiency。On the basis of a systematic analysis of the production and operation system, a mathematical model of the system was built, hence the process parameters of planning system was optimized, furthermore, sensitive analysis to each parameter of the system was made and finally the most important process parameter of the system was found. It is concluded that the optimum program finds a way to develop product plan and will enlarge the revenue of enterprise. Followed the market orientation, concentrated its attention on improving economic benefits. At last, management strategy was analyzed in the future of enterprise.
