Schedule is the beginning of all the management work. Production schedule takes a very important position in the operation management activities of enterprises. The thesis aims at the methods adopted by Chinese enterprises that make the production schedule based on Discussion and Research. These methods commonly exist in the production organization and production schedule arrangement and will result in the frequent changes in the execution of production schedule, so the production departments are called Fire Department. The Paper develops the study with the focus on the above-mentioned problems.The thesis depicts the structure and levels of production schedules of manufacturing enterprises and the interrelationship among different schedules in detail, and states the conceptions, making process of aggregate production planning(APP), master production schedule(MPS), materials requirement planning (MRP) and the links among the three kinds of planning.For the factors that influence production schedule, the thesis makes deep analysis of the aspects including the sustainable operation of enterprises considered when making long-term plan, production ability and the economic sections of production considered when making mid-term plan or annual aggregate plan, product composition information, market demands, capital restrictions and inventory position considered when making process plan and materials requirement planning. The thesis expands the sustainable devolopment concept, which focuses on the macro levels of population, resources and environment, or only stays in the introduction, propaganda and logical thinking and lacks demonstrativeness, to the micro unit of macro economy, i.e. the micro level of enterprises, studies the financial characteristics of the sustainable operation of enterprises, draws a certain number of important conclusions, points out the harms that 'panning Development or Flying Development' may do to the enterprises. The thesis takes advantages of the cost theory and production function theory of the applied microeconomics tostudy the issues of production scales and capability of enterprises, points out that manufacturer should push or arrange the production in the "Economic Sections" given in the Paper.The thesis establishes three planning models that are suitable for different production types respectively. These models include the 0-1 programming model of job-order production type, DP model on the planning issue with restricted production capability as well as the illustration to make aggregate production plan that is improved on the basis of resolution diagram of transportation problems, discusses the principles and methods of resolution or arrangement, and even provides the corresponding handling methods for the uncertain situations in DP model and arranges the production schedule of Konka Information Network Company for the year 2003. For the purpose of protecting the business secret of enterprises, the data used in the arrangement are not the actual data of the companies, but fabricated ones. Meanwhile, the simplified treatment of data is helpful for the interpretation of relevant principles, while this kind of simplifying will not obstruct the actual application of the models. In addition, it is easy to make relevant computing programs based on the resolution principles, arrangement process and the given computer simulation program frame chart.
