Research On The Sustainable Development Strategy Of Large Coal Enterprises Of Henan Province

The issues of population, resources, environment and the development of economic society have been the four main problems the people in the world are paying more and more attention to. Seeking for sustainable and coordinated development in population, resources, environment and economy has become the common developing strategy of each country in the world.Coal industry is basic industry of our country. Its sustainable development greatly influences the sustainable development of the whole society of our courtry. Henan Province is one of the major coal-producing provinces of our country. With the ralatively low development level of economy and technology, the problem of the sustainable development of Henna Province's coal industry appears more serious. Tightly focusing on the main topic of coal resources and sustainable development, using the methods of theory being put into practice and fixed quality combining with fixed quantity, the paper has deeply probed the problems about making the sustainable developing strategy for Henan Province's large coal enterprises——the important part of Henan coal industry .Firstly, with the support of ralative theories, beginning with the requirement of sutainable development and characters of coal enterprises, the paper has set up an estimating index system for sustainable development, provided the reliable basis for evaluating the present situation of sustainable development of coal enterprises and also provided the target basis for making sustainable developing strategy of coal industry.Secondly, using the basic theory of strategic management, the paper has analyzed the external situation and competitive situation of Henan coal enterprises. It has also analyzed the inner resources and capacity of large coal enterprises and compared the differences of each factor in the value chain between large coal enterprises and small coal mines, so the paper has some creative ideas.Thirdly, based on the alalysis of external situation and inner resources, following the requirement and the train of thought of sustainable development, using the analysis methods of SWOT, QSPM, the paper has established the strategic position the large coal enterprises should choose, and pointed out clearly that the intergrated utilization of coal resources will be the certain choice of sustainable developing strategy for Henan large coal enterprises. The enterprises should choose suitable industry chain of intergrated utilization according to the character of their core competitive power. This conclusion is operative and practical to a certain degree.At last, it is the application of the paper. On the basis of generalizing the whole paper, according to the practical condition of Zhengzhou coal group company, the paper has given the train of thought and target of sustainable developing strategy for Zhengzhou coal group company.
