To explore the factors, which play the key role in competition ability for modern national proprietorship hotel enterprise: both quality and quantity studies were engaged to systemically analyze the real current running situation of X hotel.The first section gave the brief introduction of the present study and introduced the current running situation of X hotel. Further, showed the importance of strategy management and illustrated the process of hotel strategy management.The second section was devote to illustrate the basis and the key factors for constitution hotel strategy management, the external and internal environment were analyzed. Based on the X hotel external competition environment, the Poter's competition construction model was applied to analyze the competition structure and travel hotel current state for the trade. By the means of EFF,IFE model and arrangement analysis, the internal environment of the X hotel including the business activities analysis, organization analysis, source and potential ability analysis was studied. Exhibited the opportunities and threats, the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise. Finally, the SWOT matrix was engaged to make the optional strategy, which is adapted for the X hotel. The QSPM model was used to evaluate the strategy.In conclusion, the strategy aim, operating theory and the protocols for implement the strategy were suggested.
