The cultural heritage of the paper collects relevant data of enterprise culture condition of domestic and internationally, and researches progress and trend of the hotel culture studied, so that it brings up to the necessity of the hotel culture management study; The first part of the paper describes the concept and the ten kind of characteristics of the hotel culture by investigating some hotels with the questionnaire; The second part brings up the necessity of the hotel culture management, and detail that the hotel culture management is the hotel core competition ability, at the same time, it further analyzes a great deal of cases and summarizes the "hotel competition ability concept model". It analyzes the relations between the hotel culture and the brand, quality, management, the human resource, technique, etc. The part of the third is the point of this thesis. Basing on forward study, it points out the hotel cu'ture management mode. Investigating "Shanghai Ritz Karlton hotel" and "Huai Hua great hotel", making use of the factor analyzing method, it analyzes the six factors of the hotel culture management mode: entrepreneur culture, human resource culture, quality culture, service culture, marketing culture and brand culture; finally, we can get a conclusion that hotel culture management is an a good way for establishing the core competition ability to the hotels of our country, and point out that this research for hotel culture management mode has a important means to the hotels of our country.
