Cooperation is a key mean for enterprises' competition, and the cooperation in the skilled scope is a very important kind of enterprises' strategy. Although as a whole the cooperation can bring the enterprises great amount of benefit, as to a concrete case of cooperation, how much can the enterprises benefit from the cooperation depends on their bargaining power.Since the bargaining power is of great important in the cooperation, this article carries out a empirical research on the factors which will affect the bargaining power. Based on present works in the skilled cooperation, the amount of the invested skill by each side, the learning ability, the terminating cost and the commitment among them are very important factors. Therefore this article expounded the hypothesis for these factors and planed some indexes of them, thus made a questionnaire. Through the study of the small specimen paper and the conduction of the SPSS11.0 software, the data is compressed and the further analysis is done, thus insured the reliability of these indexes. Then the formal questionnaire would be planed according to the results of small specimen research, and handed out these questionnaire to more than 1000 enterprises in several district.Secondly, the questionnaire data is analyzed with the Amous4.0 software. It realizes the Structure Equation modeling analytics. Based on the analytics, it is discovered that the learning abilities of the enterprises and the commitment have significant effect on the bargaining power. The study power has the positive effect on the bargaining power, while the commitment the negative. The amount of the invested technique by each side and the termination costs has no obvious effect on it. Finally, this article carries out the explanation on the result of this empirical research, provides some suggestions and measures to improve the bargaining power of enterprises. Since it is the first time to research on the factors affecting the bargaining power of the enterprises in the skilled cooperation, this article is just seeking to set up the index system, it has some shortcoming. However, it is very innovative to the future research for reference.
