Research On Satisfaction Degree Of Centralized Living Life About Farmers By Structural Equation Modeling

The level of industrialization and urbanization has reached a new height in modern China.The concentration of farmers as an important way to solve the "hollowness" of rural areas and the contradiction between people has been widely promoted nationwide.However,centralized residence is not only concentrated on people,but also more attention should be paid to the living conditions of the farmers in the centralized residential area.This study takes the farmers in the concentrated residential area of Y Township in Suqian as the research sample.Based on the previous research results of centralized residence and satisfaction,combined with the mature customer satisfaction theory,this study constructs the structural equation model of farmers' centralized living satisfaction.Through the questionnaire investigation and empirical analysis,we hope to explore the related factors that affect the farmers' concentration of living life satisfaction.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction to the background of the study,and the relevant domestic and foreign research results are combed and analyzed.This paper gives a detailed introduction to the achievements made by the scholars on the research on the satisfaction of living and life.The second part is the theoretical basis of this study.The new public management theory,demand theory and customer satisfaction theory are explained in detail.It provides sufficient theoretical support for the construction of the model.In the third part,the structure equation model is introduced first.Secondly,according to the review of the literature and the theoretical basis of this study,the structure equation model of farmers' life satisfaction is constructed with the combination of reality.The fourth part designs the questionnaire according to the theoretical model and analyzes the reliability and validity of the pre-survey data,and finally forms the formal investigation questionnaire.The fifth part is to conduct confirinatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling analysis for data obtained from formal research and explain the results in detail.On this basis,the total number of life satisfaction is calculated.The sixth part is policy recommendations.Based on the results obtained from the model analysis,some suggestions are put forward to improve the satisfaction degree of farmers'concentrated life and point out the direction for further research in the future.The results show that life expectancy,life experience and value experience are positively related to life satisfaction.The effect of life experience on life satisfaction is the most obvious.And life experience has an indirect effect on life satisfaction,and life experience affects life satisfaction through value experience.After calculation,it is found that the living satisfaction of the current farmers is not high.Therefore,based on the results of the related model analysis,the relevant policy suggestions for improving life satisfaction are put forward.
