Study On The Performance Evaluation System For Supply Chain

Supply chain performance evaluation also named implement evaluation or performance evaluation. This paper put forward the performance evaluation systems based on SCM and the systems based on several the key elements of the SCM. respectively. The flow of evaluation and the methods for calculation are designed also. Finally, the practical examples are deliveried to make clear the study.At first, the development trend of theory for performance evaluation and the current situation of the theory is analyzed in this paper. Then a set of performance evaluation system is established. The system is based on the standard operation flow on the plat for SCM on web, the indexes which are overstep the single enterprise on the supply chain, for example, the total days of store, the supply chain's feedback time. At the same time, the datesource and calculate methods are brought forward. The performance evaluation based on SRM always used for the efficiency SCM or enterprises. The system based on SRM is the core of this paper. The system based on the operation flow put forward three systems for three state: the allover evaluation method,the cost calculate method on choose vendors and the two-level fuzzy method for evaluation of vendors' system. Examples in a automobile parts Liability co.Ltd in chongqing and the Sichuan weiyuan co.Ltd's SRM.Specially, the allover evaluation method and the cost calculate method have been realized in the prototype for the plat of SCM on web that the tackle key problem for nation's " ten five" plans: decision-making and optimize technology for process management on ASCM.(2001BA201A0601)and the science and technology tackle key problem in Chongqing: The study on the integrate application plat for ASCM on web in some area. (2002-7258) By the investigating practically, studying the theory and applying in practice, the method and process for performance evaluation based on operation process have been set up, and the performance evaluation system for supply chain and the evaluation methods have been found. The methods studied in this paper can direct the BPR, control of the system, decision-making and forecast for SCM.
