The Study Of Supply Chain's Performance Evaluation System

The tendency from theory to practice, supply chain management needs to solve the problem about the practice under complex environment. As to supply chain strategy, the companies should establish the long-term collaborative relationships, thus it is necessary to analyze the principal-agent problem between companies and to choose the right measures and performance evaluation during supply chain management.This dissertation studies the basic characteristics and development stage from the concept of supply chain and company performance. And then writer brings about the organization model of supply chain management and demonstrates the purpose, impact, methods, characters and influence factors of supply chain performance measurement.
