Study And Analysis On Supply Chain Performance Evaluation

Nowadays, supply chain management is in the period of developing. Both the theory of supply chain management and the technology of supply chain management are changing. The competitive environment for the company in the future is the global competitive environment in supply chain. And so the perfect supply chain performance measurement is a most important research field in the following days. However, there is few perfect supply chain performance measurement systems and methods by for now. Therefore, it is of significance to study and analysis on supply chain performance measurement. And this can help a company find out its operational result and improve its model. So that advantages of the company can be improved.Firstly, in the dissertation, review the development of supply chain and supply chain management theory, and discuss the significance of supply chain performance in the environment of supply chain management and the research on the subject at home and abroad. Then analyze the structure model, the main characters and the operation mechanism of the supply chain, and compare the difference between supply chain management and traditional management models. On the base of these, discuss the external and internal factors which influence supply chain performance. Considering the significance, principles, contexts and evaluation methods of supply chain performance measuring, and using the theory of balanced scorecard, the supply chain performance measurement system is established. The system is from four perspectives including financial perspective, customer perspective, internal process perspective, learning and growth perspective. And it can provide the basic theory for choosing supply chain performance measurement standards. Finally, using neural network, a network of evaluation of supply chain performance on the base of BP Neural Network is put out and the emulation experimentation under the MATLAB6.5 soft environment has been done in the dissertation. And it can provide an operational method in supply chain performance measurement.
