Study On Supply Chain Oriented Web-based Contract Management Pattern And System Development

In the process of economic globalization, competitions among modern enterprises have evolved into rival of supply chains. Under the supply chain environment, every enterprise has its own action motivations. In order to regulate enterprises' businesses, enhance cooperation and credit among enterprises, reduce gambling actions, improve full-scale performance of supply chain, enterprises within supply chains need to design contracts to share profits and risks, and establish prompting system to enhance cooperation and information sharing. Combining the theory of supply chain contract management with information technology, a supply chain oriented web-based contract management pattern is put forward in the paper with detailed research on key information technologies.The supply chain enterprises' cooperation and significance are studied in the paper, and distinctions between supply chains contract and common commercial contracts are analyzed: on supply chain contracts designing, enterprises have to think about local profits and total profits, consider short-term benefits and long-term benefits. Rational contract design can reconcile the profit conflicts among enterprises because of information dissymmetry, and give attention to both their own profits and the whole profits of supply chain.Base on summarizing domestic and overseas supply chain contract models and the mathematical analysis methods, a supply chain oriented web-based contract management pattern is brought forward, in order to implement the overall contract management, form online bidding invitation in the phase of establishing supply chains, to client credit assessment and contract design before signing up agreements, to online negotiating, online examining and online signing up, to track contracts fulfillment, until to the management of finance balance, contract changing, and contract pigeonhole. The pattern can also enable integration between contract management system and other systems inside or outside enterprises.On the ground of analyzing characters of diverse software systems, the architecture and functionality of supply chain oriented web-based contract management pattern are established. Then contract-related business process flows are analyzed, and an information integration plan is put forward.The following key technologies is researched to develop supply chain oriented web-based contract management pattern: â‘ Concept of web services are adopted in the system, web service technology is applied to actualize information integration with low costs and loose coupling. â‘¡Component Object Model is applied to establishing supply chain contract module and mathematical analysis module. The employment of the technology can improve the reuse ability of the system, and it also lays a foundation for customization-development. â‘¢Besides conventional Internet-based security solution, WS-Security criterion is also adopted in the system because of employment of Web Service technology. Finally, the instance of primary system implementation in Xinjiang Petroleum Administration Bureau is introduced to demonstrate the rationale and feasibility of supply chain oriented web-based contract management pattern.
