Supply chain is an enterprise network which is made of many independently economic entities. It is the core of supply chain management to coordinate the material flow, information flow, and financial flow between enterprises for improving the competitive power of whole supply chain. Supply chain coordination problem can be devided into operation-coordination and profit-coordination. Operation-coordination mainly studies material flow matching and optimization between supply chain members, and profit-coordnation mainly solves the incentive discrepance and profit contradiction between members by devising the new profit allocation mechanism. The thesis firstly summarizes the research actuality of operation coordination based on APS (Advanced Planning System) and profit coordination based on contract designing, and introduces the research background, meaning, methods and the thesis architect, and analysizes the obstacles, coordination modes, and assorted method of supply chain coordination are. Then on the basis of introduce to APS, two important functions of APS are studied in detail, which are supply chain integrated planning and SC-ATP (available-to-promise in supply chain). We found a mathematic programming model of supply-chain-integrated-planning problem with multi-supplier, multi-product, multi-distributor, multi-manufacuter, and restricted capacity, and design a solution method bassed on HGA (Hybrid Genetic Algorithm) which combines GA with a, and explain the key procedures of HGA solution method in detail which includes chromosome coding method, the heuristic rule to build some gene, penalty operator and keeping optimal strategy. Then an SC-ATP system is devised and modeled, which includes ATP, CTP (capable to promise) and PTP (profitable to promise), to improve the accuracy, rationality, and reliability of orders promising. According to different information structure between members, there are two kinds of supply chain contract designing that are information symmetry and information asymmetry. Under information symmetry condition, we firstly investigate the coordination problem of traditional newsvendor model with quantity-fixed and buyback contract mechenism. Then author studies two expanded newsboy model: newsvendor model with price elasticity and newsboy model with retailer promotional effort. To the first expanded model, the buyback contract with RPM (Resale Price Maintenance) mechanism and the linear buyback contract are designed. To the second expanded model, the buyback contract with promotional cost sharing is designed. Contract designing under information asymmetry condition has becomed a new hotspot problem in profit-coordination field. Based on the introduction to its sort and theoretic foundation (Principal-Agent theory), I study contract coordination mechanism of three kinds of asymmetric information which are market demand, manufactuer's product cost, and sale price, then design respectively different contract corresponding to each asymmetric information contract designing, that are the transfer fee contract, profit sharing contract menu, and unlinear quantity discount contract menu. Finally taking Wan-tong pharmacy Company as application background, on the basis of the disadvantage in supply chain coordination, a prototype of supply chain planning & contracts designing is developed, and the architecture, Browse/Server mode, and main modules of the prototype are introduced. Then we study the application of the prototype, which includes supply-chain-integrated-planning, SC-ATP, optimal retailer promotional effort level contract, and VMI coordination contract with sale price information asymmetry.
