| In accordance with the commitment of China's joining World Trade Organization (WTO), China will step by step extend the openness of Distribution, Warehousing, Shipping and Information Industry; China's logistics' development is confronting more and more opportunities and challenges. China's logistics was just released by the bond of Planning Economy and came into Market Economy, which is still not formed into shape and scale.On one side, the large multinational logistics enterprises from aboard already started to instantly occupy China's market by the means of merging; on another side, with the globalization of world economy and the openness of China's market, more and more multinational companies are manufacturing, selling and direct purchasing in China and forming extensive trade connections with all the world, which enhance the shape of new international trade pattern. The assembling of the multinational manufacturing and the large market in China will further enhance the increase of volume of China's logistic business and intercontinental transportation, which brings vast developing space for China's logistic industry. We have to make use of the three buffering years to form quickly the large-scale logistics distribution system with various levels and varieties. The logistics service needs to improve to be more professional and more complete legal system. This thesis analyzes the current situation of China's logistics enterprises and existing problems by the means of comparison between logistic industries both domestic and aboard.
