On Implementation Of Land-levying Policy In The Process Of Urbanization

Urbanization is one of the greatest strategies of China. In the process of urbanization, the government's land-levying makes the peasant's rights and interests invaded unprecedentedly, so the task of protecting peasant's rights and interests becomes top urgent. Two methods contribute to the protection of peasant's rights and interests in the process of urbanization. The first is the continuous revision and perfection of our land-levying policy, the second is powerful implementation of the policy. As we have seen, our land-levying policy has been primarily perfectful. However, there exist many problems in the implementation of land-levying policy, which consist of the great, even the main reasons why the peasant's rights and interests are being invaded in the process of urbanization. This article analyzes firstly the existing problems, and then brings out the corresponding solution and suggestion: correcting the errors in the implementationof land-levying policy and constructing a good implementing mechanism of land-levying policy.
