After the Cold War, the bipalarization of world politics end, the world has been developing to the multipolarization. As the superpower of South Asia, the consistent target of India' foreign policy is to achieve the great powers in the world. India's foreign policy to China serves for the powers' strategy in the world. Bharatiya Janata Party government's foreign policy to China not only inherit the previous India government's part foreign policy to China but also possess oneself distinctive characteristics .Since Bharatiya Janata Party appeared on the stage , its foreign policy to China may be divided into three phases : I prime antagonism and secondary cooperation before nuclear experiment; prime cooperation and secondary antagonism after nuclear experiment; good-neighbour policy after india premier visiting China. Bharatiya Janata Party government's foreign policy to China have the characteristics: pursuing the great power position of the world,presenting the pragmatic colour thickly,obeying the forceful diplomatic policy and having dual nature and non- stability and so on. It has a lot of reasons what caused Bharatiya Janata Party government to change the foreign policy to China, but the most fundamental reason is to pursue national interest. There are some factors that produce side-effect to China-India relations, but national strategy interest decide the futrue of China-India relations.
