At present, with economy globalization and fast development of information technology, the competition environment that enterprises facing has been extraordinarily furious and changeful. How to acquire the sustainable competitive advantage, it has become a kernel problem concerned about by all circles. At the same time, combining the analysis to the current situation of FuFeng company, this thesis set forth the material contents of the cultivation. At last, the safeguarding measures of corecompetence is discussed.The paper thought that FuFeng company should cultivate the core competence on the basis of technical renovation, for the purposes of improving the quality and reducing the cost of products, by the measures of optimizing relevant key activities on the value chain.
