And as an important strategy, it has caught extensive attention among entrepreneurs.Starting with the analyses of conception and theories of strategic alliance and competitive advantage, the thesis discusses their relatedness and points out the necessity of strategic alliance by the explanation of value chain and core competitiveness. As for value chain, the competitive advantage is further proved by the low-cost and differentiated competitive advantage brought by strategic alliance; for core competence, strategic alliance can create sustainable development and thus provide the priceless thinking content.Through integrating the development of information and network technology and analyzing competitive advantage of strategic alliance, the thesis not only proposes business process reengineering as the way to realize competitive advantage, but also discusses electronic flow and outsourcing about it. Comprehensive evaluation of enterprises with strategic alliance is done by level analyses and fuzzy evaluation.
