Since 1990s, supply chain is becoming more and more important. Supply chain management has been put in practice in more and more companies. However, there are still many problems in supply chain management because it is a new management mode. One of these problems, the synergy of supply chain members, is very important and difficult to solve compared to other problems. In this article the author regards the supply chain members as principal or agent and uses supply chain contract to improve the synergy of supply chain.In this paper, the author first introduces the concept of supply chain and supply chain management. Then, the author comes up with the synergy of supply chain and describes some methods to solve this problem. The author analyzes these methods .Then the author focuses on the management of supply chain contact and the relation of supply chain members. Considering the profit of members of supply chain the author researches the design of contract of supply chain members using principal-agent theory and bilevel decision-making .Then the author regards supply chain as a team and analyzes the effect of structure of supply chain. In the end, the author gives some evaluation indexes and an evaluating method to evaluate the supply contract effect on synergy of supply chain members. Then, we can improve supply chain contracts to make them more effective.
