As the importance of knowledge appears in enterprises day by day, in order to obtain the core competitive advantage of countries and enterprises, how to carry on effective knowledge management (KM) become the focus paid close attention by people gradually. Product development is the key to obtain success in enterprises, and it is one of the most intensive courses of content of knowledge in enterprises. The knowledge that reflect from new products innovation (NPI) talent is the key to success. So analyzing and implementing how to carry on valid KM among NPI talents have great important theory and practice meaning to obtain continuous competitive advantage for enterprises.Firstly, this paper puts forward the basic thought that structures the knowledge map of talents of NPI, and provides the flow chart that structures the knowledge map of talents of NPI on the basis of analyzing the composition way and institutional framework of talents of NPI. Secondly, this paper probes into soft environment construction and hard environment construction that the knowledge of talents of NPI take outside, and on the basis of the thing that take knowledge outside, the paper puts forward the systematized principle of knowledge of talents of NPI and sets up the systematized flow chart of knowledge of talents of NPI. Thirdly, the paper discusses concrete tactics that take knowledge inside from individual study and organizational study, and structures and analyzes the knowledge innovation system of talents of NPI on this basis. At last, the paper sets up an evaluation index system of KM of talents of NPI with systematism, practicability, feasibility through analyzing factors correlating with KM of enterprises, and using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the paper provides an appraisal model and carries on real example analysis. The paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions that advance KM of talents of NPI of domestic enterprises on the basis of above-mentioned research.
