Corporate culture, uncovered by the investigation on exceptional performance of Japanese enterprises in 80's last century, has become an important managerial tool of modern corporations after twenty-year practices and theory development.With the deepening of reform and opening-up in China, especially after entering WTO, many foreign-invested enterprises pour into China's mainland, and the communication among China and other countries become more and more. How to manage these foreign-invested enterprises effectively is the key to the cross-border company, and the integration of the corporate culture is the most important and easiest to ignore part in every merger.This article starts with a review of the definition, emergence and structure of corporate culture. The definition, mode, content and step of acculturation. The development overview on foreign-invested enterprises in China. The cultural conflict, the importance of the acculturation in the foreign-invested enterprises. Then through a real case, prove that the feasibility of culture construction by formulation and implementation the enterprise's managerial system. Finally, enlighten of acculturation for the group of companies in China.1 hope the analysis and procedure in this article are helpful to all kinds of enterprises.
