With the speed up of the globalization of economy and China's entry intoWTO, both sino-foreign joint ventures and Chinese muItinational corporationswill confront with the problems of cross-culture management. Therefore, thecross-culture management in enterprises is becoming more and more important.This paPer deals with the present conditions of cross-cultural management insino-foreign joint ventures, in order to construct a win-win model of cross-culturemanagement.At flrst, this paper presents a systematic explanation of the theoreticalresearch achievements both inside and outside china on sino-foreign joint ventures.It defines the concept of sino-foreign joint ventures from the point of culturedifferences and mainly analyzes the development conditions of them,meanwhile, systematically discusses the culture differences both between east andwest countries and between east countries in which simply takes China, JaPan,America and European countries as typical examples in a relatively way.Furthermore, it presents the countermeasures and cautions during the process ofcross-culture management. The core part of this paPer is to build a win-win modelof cross-culture management Which is just through the course of completely copyof the pattern of foreign countries to the course of sino-foreign culturespervasiveness, at last, it realizes the corporation of cultures differences, and alsopoiflts out the key points of shortening the conversion process of these courses,especially, it dissertates the cross-culture management of human resources, inaddition, it also points oul that real successful sino-foreign joint ventures are thosewho can utilize the culture differences to construct a win-win model ofcross-culture management with competitive advantages. Finally, this paPeY, takingHeilongiiang Qihe Diary Co. Ltd. as the target enterprise, conducts the case studyby the methods of face-to-face interviews and questionnaires, analyzes the processof cross-culture management based on the relatively comprehensive dissertationon this Sino-American joint venture, and then suggests some correspondingcountermeasures.
