The thesis composed by two parts: the case and analysis. In the case a special style is applied as trying to replicate the whole process. The Guangdong Magian Educational Company invested by Hong Kong people from USA has an atmosphere of deferent cultures. The members have all kinds of axiology and behavior. But a positive corporate culture was setup between the American and Chinese Mainland staff during the cordial cooperation led by the Vice President Max. Herbert, a Hong Kong gentleman with USA nationality replaced Max suddenly. Herbert抯 paternalistic management style is deferent from the former corporate culture and hardly accepted by the staff either from Chinese mainland or USA. All kinds of conflict arise internally and caused worse influence in the production, marketing and human resource management. The analysis part introduces the concept of culture and analyzes the significance of studying cross-cultural management. Then lists all the cross-cultural problems and their negative influence. The theories and tools of Axiology Dimension, Leadership Style are applied to infrastructure and analysis the cross-cultural problems arisen. The paradox is introduced that the conflict of subcultures in the same culture circle is severer than between the deferent ones. By using the Profit Chain Theory in the service-marketing field and Conflict Management Technology as well as the Corporate Culture Theory, one certain method is discussed in order to ensure and expand the transferable strength.
