Study Of Comprehensive Appraisal For Artificial Lift Method's Option

Artificial lift methods are necessary methods when an oilfield comes into a middle and late period. With continued extraction of Daqing old oilfield recent years, ratio of water compared with oil is more and more large, economic benefits of extraction are reduced little by little, most residual oilfields are thinner in effective thickness, and difficult to be exploited. At present, it is the new problem the oil companies are faced with that when to change artificial lift method at old oilfield in order to prolong economic exploitation period and how to choose optimized method at new oilfield to get larger profits. So it is necessary to research comprehensive appraisal for artificial lift methods option.The article takes on the theory of technology plan choice, technology economic theory and the theory of economic benefit as the base of project appraisal, then introduces some conventional ways about project appraisal andbrings about a new method --Data Envelopment Analysis to be used in thisfield. Furthermore, around the central problem of how to evaluate the artificial lift methods' results, the thesis demonstrates the mechanism and applied conditions of the main artificial lift methods, analyses all kinds of reasons that effect the result of artificial lift, and catalogues those factors into two categories: one is the fixed quality indexes on technical feasibility, the other is the fixed quantity indexes on technical economic efficiency. Secondly, the article builds the evaluation model of artificial lift methods' technical feasibility and evaluation model of artificial lift methods' technical economic efficiency and accomplishes comprehensive appraisal for artificial lift methods option through two processes. Finally, the article applies the fore-mentioned methods to choose optimized artificial lift devise in view of low penetration oilfield outside of Daqing, and explores the usefulness and validity of those methods above mentioned.It is widely extended the thought about artificial lift methods' appraisal at oil-firms through this article's research.
