The development strategy of enterprise is the entire and long-term target of enterprise, and policies which enterprise use in different stages for the target realization.Strategic management is strategic planning and activities which enterprises use to adapt to the changes of exterior environment and realize the strategic target. Strategic management is science, and arts too. The final realization of strategic target lean on to wise forecast and scientific decision by decision-maker.Strategic actions must be adopted for enterprises to cope with the challenge arising from the more and more acute competition. By employing appropriate strategy, Enterprises may pursue favorable position and competitive advantages.North group, which has been dealing with real estate for about ten years, now start its attempt in business diversification. Compared with specialization in house real estate, there will be more and more problem arising.In this paper, we deeply analyze the international and domestic environment of real estate industry and external, internal situation of North Group. Following the ideas of strategy management, we use the methods of SWOT, regular financial analysis to analyze the industry competition, enterprise strategy in order to make definite about the compared strength and weakness, opportunity and threat of North Group, on the basis of the results of analysis, we formulate the development strategy of North company, at the same time, give practical measures such as: brand construction; core competency of business estate development; financing channel multiplication and constitution adjustment. We hope this paper has some meaning for North group's development and development of domestic large real estate enterprises.
