It already became a kind of new idea, advanced way administrative skill and the most economic comprehensive service mode of organization and became the focus of global economic development and point of growth of new economy.The raw materials port of Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation's industrial harbor is the main ore-distributing center of Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation at present. There are 5 quays in all. It is the place that imports and exports all kinds of ore and store up that the bulk cargo piles the field at quay. The level of management directly influence the normal running of the production efficiency and production of Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation's industrial harbor. According to the "State's Tenth Five-Year Plan", Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation will produce 9 million tons of steel per year, the quantity of sending out the products and making port ore will far exceed the quay of industrial harbor passes ability. It causes the industrial harbor quay production capacity of Wuhan Iron and Steel Plant to be insufficient seriously at present.This paper research on: firstly, this paper analyze the logistical procedure of Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation's industrial harbor, and figure out the main problems of logistical procedure that is running at present, build the frame of SHMTJMS; secondly, this paper build the function model of SHMTJMS; thirdly, this paper design the database, program and the put in/out of this system; fourth, this paper point out the key of the system's performance and management.This research improve the logistics management level of the storehouse and service level, raise the ability of storing up of the storehouse field, thus improve the capacity of The raw materials port of Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation's industrial harbor.
