| The characteristics and competitive tendency of chemical enterprises is introduced. The multi-level structure-evaluating indicator model of international competitiveness designed, integrally links three relative levels of international competitive performance, international competitive advantage and competitive resource, and two processes of competitive strategy and management and development of competitive resource are proposed. Ten chemical enterprises from Fortune 500 are chosen to be the research subject, and their international competitive parameter is calculated and analyzed. The result of the research is consistent with the main tendency of the chemical industry. The operation of development strategy on China chemical enterprises is also put forward.
