Innovation Of Telecom Enterprise Of China Based On The Development Of Information Technology

Due to the development of Internet, huoan society has advanced into information era. Information Technology (IT) has been not only changing people' s normal living, studying and working styles, but also affecting educational methodology and contents. At the same time, the progress in IT inposes significant effects on the renovation of operation management, organization, and human resource regulation in communication industry. To be compatible with this renovation has become a key issue for the industry development.However, our research on communication industry renovation is insufficient because of our current industry policy. Hence, this thesis, based on the concepts of information technology progression and renovation under the background of Chinese communication industry. deals with extensive research on recent China communication industry renovation and proposes relative policy suggestions.First we analysis characteristics and social impacts of modern IT development from practice perspectives, i.e.. demonstrate the necessities of Chinese communication industry renovation. Then theoretically, we exhibit the insufficiency of previous research based on an extensive survey. We combine previous scientific renovation research with modern IT development and apply them to Chinese communicate on industry.
