Research On Cultural Remoulding Of LZJ Family Enterprise

In recent years, private businesses in China have made an unprecedent progress and become a main part of national economy. The majority of private enterprises are family firms which show a great power at the beginning of their establishment. However, when the scale are broadened and market competition are intensified, some deep-covered internal conflict gradually emerged and severely block their advancement, such as low-level management in whole, shortage of human resource, lack of group cohesion, etc.In this paper, we firstly analyze the generating reason of enterprise culture of LZJ, one of famous family-owned firms. Then its impact on the progress of LZJ was revealed. Furthermore, we put forward some suggestion on how to improve this kind of family-firm culture aiming at making LZJ company more great and strong. Through these discussions, we hope more attention will be paid on general significant problems about our national enterprise culture, which is helpful of shaping prominent family enterprise culture with special features and forming strong competence. Thus it is possible to break through the foreordination of family firms and make them long life century enterprises and more contribution can be made for our national economy.With the masterstroke of trustful problems induced by assets security complex in LZJ Corporation and in combination with the traditional culture and actual environment this paper analyses the cultural formation of blood and emotion relationship in family firms and gives a suggestion on cultural remoulding in LZJ family enterprise. thank you !...
