Under the prosperous market situation of supply and demand at present, the WB Company is making the strategy of enlarging the produce of poor alkali fiberglass to actualize scale economy. The project of the pool kilns whose product is ten thousand tons poor alkali fiberglass is launched according the developing strategy. We analyze the fine trade state of fiberglass at present in detail and interpret the majestic strategy of WB Company in this scheme. The financing bottleneck existing to the project makes us to design financing scheme for the project. We establish the investment objective through detailed project appraisal. We also use Excel to establish an appraisal model while carrying on the financial affairs preliminary feasibility study of the project. The function of such financial model is to implement each financial form' s linkage following the change of the anticipative financial factor. The financial risk to the project is discerned and appraise on the basis of such financial model. Then we discuss the financing risk and manager's risk existing in concept stage on the project, and carry on further investigation on solution of this risk of three major projects. At the same time this scheme probes into the organizations of Project Company that established and it market strategy that go on, and sets for tentatively products system operation, and drafts the schedule of this project.It indicates that the investment income rate of project is 20. 2%, greater than the industry income ratio 14%, other indexes are superiorto the average and historical level of the industry too, that prove this project is not only feasible, is even more a fine project.
