Human Resources are the first importance in the developing of the economy . Actually, the competition of a company is the competition of the Human resources, the one who get key talents will get the opportunity.Today, as the rapid development of the China's economy, Japan has made three investment upsurges in China. However, some of Japanese enterprises still consider China is a source of cheap work force, which not changed with its different idea about China economy from previous, which unchanged idea must cause many problems in HR management.This article first explains Japan's HR management mode and its characteristic, analyses the benefits of Japanese enterprises in China and the problems and challenges. Then, consider author's DC company as a example.Now, civil enterprises in China have realized the importance of HR management, and Civil enterprises just began to invest abroad. The challenges and success experiences in HR management that Japan enterprises in China are just reference for our civil enterprises and MNCS that make investment abroad. In the last part, this article first analyses the problems in Chinese enterprises' HR management, and then concludes the revelations that Chinese enterprises can get from the challenges and success experiences of HR management mode of Japanese enterprises in China.This article exploits this way - "theory integrates fact", deeply investigates enterprises, and provides corresponding measurement based on enterprises' HR management practices, which can avoid theory detaches from practice, make the conclusion more concrete and operable, and have some practice guide effect on Japanese enterprises in China.
