In a country like China which still stays in preliminary socialism stage, the religion plays a role widely as a special form in people' s spiritual life. This role imposes upon socialism spirit civilization construction a direct and indirect impact; regardless of this kind of impact, it is not a "seek the truth from the fact" attitude. Therefore, from the wide culture field of vision, the CPC'S religious policy, especially the religious theory and religious practice for almost twenty years till now should be the integral part which can be indispensable in the spirit civilization construction.
