The Study Of China Professional Handlers' Honesty And Credit System

With the rapid development of Chinese marketing economy, the professional handler, emerging as a new class of china has began to play a very important role in Chinese economy, especially in private sectors. However, in recent years, honesty and credit come out to be a focus between the professional handlers, enterprises and the owners. The enterprises find it difficult to get a good partner, so do the professional handlers. Analysis of ethics should be conducted so as to specify the values what professional handlers abide by. The importance of construction of china professional handlers' honesty and credit system has been discussed, as well as some suggestions. Two typical cases are analyzed in the beginning of this paper, from which the honesty and credit of china professional handlers being raised; Then, the basic establishments of honesty and credit system, including whose honesty and honesty to whom are discussed. On this basis, the concept of multidimensional of honesty and credit system has been raised. What's more, some elements which influence the construction of honesty and credit system have been mentioned in the paper, among them are personal, enterprises, society and so on. According to the multidimensional of honesty and credit system, how to judge the proper behavior of professional handlers becomes the key issue when conflicts occur and this is the feature of this thesis, construction of a simple judgment model which is based on the judgment of priority of all the relevant elements. Finally, based on the analysis above, two aspects of assuring the normal operation of professional handlers' honesty and credit system are presented: fundamental ethics convention and individual moral cultivation.
