Chinese electrics information line has a great percentage in China GDP, and plays an important role for the Chinese economics development. with china's entry into WTO, more and more international electrics information companies come to china。China's government decrease many electrics information products tariffs and cancel the quota for the foreign invest companies, so more and more foreign corporations transform their invest into china due to china's attractive politics. So far many foreign companies set up factories, development centers, and carry on cooperation with Chinese companies. Now Chinese companies not only face to the competition of native competitors but also the foreign enterprises. On the conditions of limited market volumes, Chinese enterprises should integrate its resource, develop the market into the foreign area and show its advantage of value chain. Developing international market and strengthen its bands are Chinese enterprises strategy.Now the competition focus is transforming into the market channel from products and promotion. The market channel is an obstacle for Chinese enterprise's carrying on international development. Therefore having the research of electrics information companies' entry into foreign market channels has important value for Chinese enterprise's development.Through the research of the enterprises such as Haier, Hisense, TCL and Huawei, outline their ways of entry into foreign Country and foreign market channels. We find the enterprises are based on comparative advantages to choice the ways when they enter the foreign market and market channels. They usually take three ways: market channels exchange, M&A and employing agencies. These three ways all have its advantages and disadvantages. The enterprises take which way based on the comparative advantage theory.Through the research of four electrics information enterprise's market channels, we have some experiences. Firstly, the enterprise must obey some rules when they develop foreign market channels. Secondly, government should provide the excellent politics environment for them.
