The sudden huge profits era of IT trade has already passed, However,we still remember the winter of 2001,for adoring Hi-tech blindly, a lot of foam was formed in IT economy. So,people treat the IT industry with more ration now. With development and change of world, competition aggravate, products life cycle shorten and global enhancement of economic integration, Success of enterprises is not decided by accidental product development or the inspired market strategy .However, It is the external embodiment of enterprise's key competitiveness. The relative advantages of transnational enterprises are obviously concentrated on researching and developing with the brand, And the relative advantages of local enterprises lie in manufacturing scale and manpower cost advantage and channel advantage ,which brought with low costs. The overseas enterprise set up the factory and obtained the same cost advantage in China. The channel is considered to be the last chip of Chinese enterprise. This article inducts a theme from developing the ideal model of IT channel competition, gives the main factor that restricting the competition advantage of the channel. Then, Combining the characteristic of IT trade era development, Proves the realistic channel competitiveness model. This paper has three chapters: Chapter One: IT channel competition summary The part reviews the relevant theories about the channel competitiveness. Analyses the competition characteristic of IT trade and development trend. Points out the important meaning of studying channel competition. The channel competition becomes as important way which influences IT trade's competition . Chapter two: the current situation analysis of IT channel competitiveness The part introduces the ideal model of the competition in IT channel. Analyses the main factors that restricts the competition development of the channel.draws a conclusion that such mainly on the inferior position as the cost , difference and speed affects the competition development of IT channel . Chapter three: IT channel competition research This part is originally a core of the thesis. It is based on chapter two, obtains the competitiveness model suitable for the realistic characteristic. The model emphasizes that enterprises should discern and orient the key users of enterprises first,then Design the channel mode rationally, Offer channel difference service, Logistics E, The channel conflicts are dispersed outwards. Constructs into an associated network, The channel competition radiates in the key user's heart through network.
