Shenzhen DAS Intellitech Limited Company, founded in 1995, is the largest intelligent system integration supplier (SI) in South China with 260 employees and revenue of 200 million RMB yuan each year. The requirement of organization change was caused by obstruct coming with business and organization development. We set 3 goals of change in aspects of business, structure and culture. The goal of business change is to become "the best intelligent total solution supplier of China" realized by setting synergy between system integration and production business. As to structure change, we want to build a "multifocused-structure" to enable effective empower and business cooperation. In culture aspect, we emphasize our core value of "sharing" and "insisting", trying to set "self-governed responsibility" and "mutual collaboration" idea among employees.In order to achieve successful change, we studied four subjects of leadership behavior, organization political behavior, policy of performance evaluation and payment, management of changing process during process of reformation. Leaders promote the change, and CEO of DAS must first accomplish self-change him as well as setting a team of leaders. In DAS, cultivate leaders in common employees is an important part of leadership team building. We use organization political behavior to research different stakeholders in organizational change. We study the influence on them and the their influence to the change during the reformation. We must consider how to get support by different stakeholders when making reformation scheme. The study of performance evaluation and payment help set a model of variable income and guide employees devoting in the reformation. As a result, the effective policy of payment of DAS can support the culture of "mutual collaboration" as well as "self-governed responsibility". Finally, according to theory of project processing groups, we set five processes of our changing as initiating process, planning process, executing process, controlling process and closing process.During the research, we use knowledge and ideas of organization theory, organization behavior theory, marketing theory, competition strategy, HR management theory and project management theory to guide the practice of the reformation of DAS. As a privately owned company, DAS can represent a lot of enterprises of domestic intelligent industry. This result can also be referenced to similar companies.
