It was in the year 2002 to 2003, which has been an important phase in the history for the development of Chinese securities. At that time, the share index was undulatory, the macroscopical policy began to failure to cortrol the securities business, stockjobbers were all to the bad, and had to reduce the stafftrimmer and to cut their stipend, at the same time, Chinese securities business began to joint international. Under these background, XX stockjobber initiated innovation, and expected to have a new scene to face the new challenge in the future. However, during innovation, many problem had been opend out. The process of innovation was in peace, but after innovation, the employee in accessorial branch increased but the operation branch decreased. Skeleton army got out with their clients, some of them even became the attorney of clients and return to XX stockjobber. To analyse its causation, it was because of the problem of the personnel problem in stockjobber which was rudimental for many years, the disjoint during project design in many branch, the wrong idea of middle governors, and the localization in project design.Since the foundation stone of the stockjobber's conjuncture were duplicate mode in payoff, lack rick control consciousness, and cost control problem, the aim of innovation should be strict control risk, practise cost control, and find new mode in payoff. To analyse Japanese and American stockjobber innovation, we can find that apocalypse to innovation that: innovation is not to abridge cost and reduce the stafftrimmer, but the aim of innovation is to abridge cost, to depress charge and cost across advance management efficiency. A stockjobber existby its excellence operation employee. The innovation is to make them to serve for the company better, we can't put the cart before the horse.On the whole, I will give these advice for XX stockjobber. Firstly, to buildup the pressure for the innovation in its employee, especially in its manager, at the same time, to make an iron backing for them, and to breed axiology in collectivity.Up to the year 2005, XX stockjobber has begun to recombine again, and to advance to an good aim. At a word, the aim is: get across information technology to conformity resource for all company, to realize innovation in organization management, operation, service, to distend in lower cost, to buildup ability in anti-risk, to build quick response mechanism and expedite communicate channel, to advance adaptive ability and meet an emergency ability to the circumstance, and construct an attach most importance to clients and oriented to market company system.
