Study Of Model Of Small Town Construction Technology Popularization Based On The Virtual Alliance

In this paper, the author put forward a virtual alliance model of small town's construction technology popularization based on the current position of our small town construction. This model accords with the "network organization,socialized function and industrialized serve " attitude of establishing S&T agencies . Then ,the author expatiate this model of technology popularize in the following aspects;(1) This paper classes the main model of technology popularize this days then sums their advantage and disadvantage. Using information symmetrical, demonstrates the superiority of virtual alliance model in small town's construction technology popularize.(2) Trade Cost theory is used to explain that the virtual alliance can decrease the trade cost of technology popularities of small town construction.(3) In this paper, a circular organization and the corresponding flexible management is elaborated for the virtual alliance. Then, based on the end-of life and whole aspects ideas, the author establishes the work scope and the operation flow of this virtual alliance. Also, the technology flow,capital flow ,information flow ,knowledge flow and the reverse technology flow in this E-supply chain are elaborates in detail. In the last part of chapter three, the author suggests a specialization stratagem in according to the characteristic of the virtual alliance at the beginning of it establish.(4) Information symmetrical and game theory are used to demonstrate that virtual alliance can decrease trade cost,expand the scope, deduce the risk, improve the quality of technology popularize of small town construction.(5) The author dissertates the realization of circular organization ,flexible management and E- supple chain in virtual alliance of small town construction technology popularize through a case study.
