The air-laid paper products represent the ultimate level of daily paper industry's development, which can find a wide range of applications because of its no-contamination characteristic during the production and the usage. With China' s increasing degree of reformation and opening, international communication and living conditions, Chinese people's conception of consumption is undergoing a big change. Now they have a strong demand on high quality once-off paper products and these paper products will be found in every family soon. The trend is overwhelming, which provides a golden commercial opportunity for the industry and requests further exploitation of the final products at the same time. As a new environment-friendly industry, the air-laid paper making business is on the fast lane of development in China.Wuhan Grand Forest Paper Company is one of air-laid paper producers in China. With a full analysis of the company's current conditions and increasing challenges from coming competitors, this thesis deals with how to set the company's strategic target and establish strategic management, so the company can achieve its fast development in this competitive field.The thesis discusses about the basic theories of entrepreneurial strategies, applies these theories to the research of Wuhan Grand Forest Company and makes the company's entrepreneurial strategies in the future after detailed analysis and case studies.
